Paige A. Joffe works with businesses and individuals and concentrates her practice in the areas of life care planning, estate planning, elder law, and estate administration.
Paige’s transactional practice includes drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate and business agreements, including employment contracts for physicians and other white-collar professionals.
Prior to joining Bratton Law Group, Paige was an associate with a regional firm representing businesses and individuals in federal and state courts. She concentrated her practice in commercial litigation, with a focus on construction, employment, and business divorce litigation.
Prior to that, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Orlando in Camden County, NJ.
Paige is a graduate of Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law – Philadelphia (J.D. 2020). During her time there, she served as Treasurer and Vice President of the Health Law Society and Editor of the Student Bar Association Publication. She was also a competitor in the American Bar Association’s Client Counseling Competition.
Paige is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and New York. She was the Young Lawyer Trustee for the Camden County Bar Association and is a member of Burlington County, Camden County, Philadelphia County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
When Paige is not practicing law, Paige enjoys traveling, hiking, and teaching and practicing yoga.
