Mr. Bates concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, and life care planning across the firm’s five locations in Cherry Hill, Trenton, Neptune, and Linwood, NJ and Philadelphia, PA.

Prior to joining Bratton Law Group, Moses worked at a prominent law firm where he specialized in wills, trusts, and estates. His role expanded to include civil and business litigation, as well as real property and real estate litigation, giving him a well-rounded perspective on legal issues that intersect with estate planning. This broad experience provides him with a unique and well-rounded perspective on estate planning matters.

Moses is dedicated to providing personalized and strategic legal solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. His thorough and detail-oriented approach ensures that his clients’ estate plans are comprehensive, effective, and aligned with their long-term goals.

Mr. Bates received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his undergraduate from George Washington University. He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania
