As Elder Care Coordinator, Ms. Baer works with our clients and their families to oversee the coordination of their health and long-term care.

Kena is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Cognitive Science. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner who has completed an extensive comprehensive Alzheimer’s and Dementia training program. She is personally committed to promoting best practices in the field of Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
