- Minimum Monthly Maintenance Needs Allowance (MMMNA): $2,555
- Maximum Monthly Maintenance Needs Allowance: $3,948
- Minimum Community Spouse Resource Allowance: $31,584
- Maximum Community Spouse Resource Allowance: $157,920
- Medicaid Waiver Benefits Income Cap: $2,901.00 per month
For 2025, the monthly federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payment standards have also been adjusted:
- Individual: $967 per month
- Couple: $1,450Â per month
CMS has also released the new Medicare premiums, deductibles, and co-payments for 2025.
- Standard Part B premium: $185/month (was $174.70 in 2024)
