This summer our employee spotlight is shining brightly on our Estate Planning Paralegal, Tina Lutts, as she celebrates her 17^th year working for attorney Mr. Bratton! For the last 17 years, Tina has dedicated her career to helping our clients with their important estate planning documents and has assisted countless families through their planning and implementation process.  However, Tina never lets her role end there, she is always willing to assist other staff and jump in where help is needed. Her devotion to our clients, loyalty to the team, and experience makes Tina a priceless part of our “family”. Please meet Tina:

What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?

I enjoy either working outside in my yard or spending time with my family.

I work with an amazing group of people!

I enjoy baking, especially my grandmother’s Christmas cookies. My grandmother baked them every year since my dad was a little boy. Since she passed in 2007 I have continued the tradition. I also enjoy doing cake pops and trying different recipes for the cake pops and being creative with the decorating. (The staff can attest to how delicious the cookies and cake pops are 😊)

What are three traits that would define you?

Loyal, honest & dependable.

What is your favorite memory working for Mr. Bratton?

I don’t know that I have just one favorite memory. I have many memories, some of my favorites were our company reward trips to Mexico and Dominican Republic as a team, Phillies game for the Alzheimer’s longest day, and our office happy hours.

What was your proudest moment working here?

I often hear from the clients how much better they feel after talking to me about their documents, their current situation, or by just listening to them. Having a client tell you that you have made them feel so much better or they appreciate me taking the time to talk to them definitely makes me proud.
