Bratton Estate & Elder Care Attorneys is pleased to welcome our newest Elder Care Coordinator, Jennifer Hand, to our life care planning team.

As Elder Care Coordinator, Ms. Hand will specialize in assisting clients and their families to attain the highest quality of life given their circumstances, so they no longer have to manage the complexities of care coordination alone.

Prior to joining the Bratton Law Group team, Ms. Hand was a Helpline Counselor and Care Consultant for the Alzheimer’s Association where she provided advice and problem-solving counsel to clients regarding care, decision-making support, guidance during transitions, crisis assistance and connections to local services. Having been with the Alzheimer’s Association for over 5 years, Jennifer brings with her expertise and experience in the field of dementia care.

“Jennifer is a compassionate professional who is dedicated to helping people navigate through difficult decisions and uncertainties,” stated Director of Elder Care Coordination, Anne Markel-Crozier. “With her supportive nature and extensive knowledge of available resources in the community, I believe that Jennifer will become a lifeline to our clients and their families as they begin a difficult journey through the maze of long-term care.”

Ms. Hand is a graduate of Philadelphia University where she received her Master of Science in Community and Trauma Counseling and her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences.

Jennifer has significant experience providing support, guidance, and advocacy during a crisis. Our clients and their families can rest knowing they have a strong advocate by their side.
