Kelly A. Hicks, Esq., brings a wealth of knowledge and over two decades of legal experience to Bratton Law Group, where she focuses on estate administration. A compassionate and client-centered attorney, Ms. Hicks has extensive expertise in assisting individuals and families through all aspects of estate administration, including probate matters, inheritance tax returns, estate accounting, and asset distribution.

Ms. Hicks earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2001 and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2003. Her legal background includes a strong foundation in estate planning, taxation, real estate, and guardianship matters, making her uniquely qualified to address the multifaceted needs of her clients.

Prior to joining Bratton Law Group, Kelly worked at another prominent South Jersey law firm, advising clients on a wide range of legal matters, including estate planning, estate administration, real estate, and business law.
