Having worked for the firm as a law clerk since May, 2009, we are proud to say that Matt Zonies has recently been admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar, and accepted a position as an associate attorney at Bratton Law Group, LLC.

In Mr. Zonies new role he will concentrate his practice in the areas of small business law, asset protection, trusts and estates, and real estate.  “We are thrilled that Matt has joined our firm as an associate attorney after his valuable contributions as a law clerk for the past two years,” remarked partner John Rothamel.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Zonies had experience in the financial sector as a business valuation analyst. He worked for a business appraisal/investment banking firm and provided professional valuation opinions for small to mid-sized companies.

Mr. Zonies obtained his J.D from Rutgers University School of Law, 2011, and has an undergraduate degree in Finance from The College of New Jersey, 2007.

In his short time as an attorney, Mr. Zonies has actively become a member of the Camden County Bar Association – Young Lawyer Committee, Burlington County Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors, and Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce – Young Professionals Network. “Matt has quickly established an impressive reputation based on his drive and determination at the firm,” stated partner Chris Bratton. “Coupled with his energy and work ethic, he will be a strong asset to the team and our clients.”
