Bratton Law Group Attorneys at Law LLC is pleased to announce a new addition to its team. Please join us in welcoming our newest member, Morgan E. Kelly, to the Bratton Law Group, LLC trust, estates and elder law division.

In Ms. Kelly’s new role, she will concentrate her practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning, and estate administration for the firm’s three locations in Haddonfield and Ewing, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Upon graduating law school, Ms. Kelly completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable James E. Rafferty, P.J.G.E.  Prior to joining Bratton Law Group LLC, Kelly gained valuable legal experience as an associate attorney for a defense litigation firm where she handled a wide variety of matters for her clients. “Ms. Kelly’s prior professional experience and her dedication to the practice of law ensures us that she will be an enormous asset to our team at Bratton Law Group,” remarked partner and chair of the trusts, estates, and elder law department Chris Bratton.

Ms. Kelly obtained her J.D from Rutgers University School of Law, 2009, and has an undergraduate from University of Connecticut, 2006. Kelly is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Dedicated to her profession, Kelly is an active member of both the Camden County Bar Association and Burlington County Bar Association.
